In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No.473 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is direct allegation against the petitioner to have caused injury on the head of the informant by Garasa. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the Court below within four weeks from today and prays for regular bail,
