JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-08-2020 From the perusal of the order dated 01.06.2020, it appears that the petitioner is an accused in Sabour (Goradih) P. S. Case No. 124 of 2013 dated 22.05.2013 instituted for the offence under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The case has gone to trial vide Sessions Trial No. 123 of 2016.

Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to him for the present.

The prayer for bail is rejected.

However, the trial court is directed to conclude
