====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-08-2021 Heard the parties in virtual Court.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner was refused on 16.06.2020 in Cr. Misc. No. 2210 of 2020. There is no reason to review that order considering the long list of criminal antecedent of the petitioner. Though the petitioner claims that in some of the cases he was exonerated and in some other cases he was granted anticipatory bail, but the cases are of serious nature.

However, in the event of surrender of the petitioner within two weeks, the court below shall consider prayer for regular bail considering the material against the petitioner collected during investigation.
