JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 31-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; State and Veer Kunwar Singh University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').
2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the University in not deciding his request for voluntary retirement.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on his application seeking voluntary retirement, a Committee was constituted five months back and a report was to be submitted but due to the report not being submitted, no decision has been taken.

4. Learned counsel for the University submitted that decision shall be taken by the University.
5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the Vice Chancellor of the University to ensure that final decision is taken on the request of the petitioner seeking voluntary retirement expeditiously and latest within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.
