The petitioner seeks regular bail in Kazimohammadpur P.S. Case No. 273 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. is lodged against unknown.

During the course of investigation, one Amit Kumar was arrested and from his possession, the stolen motorcycle was recovered, which was duly identified by the informant. Amit Kumar is an employee of the petitioner. The petitioner was also arrested and he disclosed that he had purchased the motorcycle on payment of Rs. 3,000/-.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38455 of 2014 (3) dt.30-01-2015 2/2 petitioner is in jail since 22.07.2014 and he has got no criminal antecedent, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Kazimohammadpur P.S. Case No. 273 of 2014.
