The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. From the possession of the petitioner one loaded country-made pistol was recovered and for that petitioner is in custody since 06.04.2015. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than five months and has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class,
