The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 110 of 2022 registered under sections 394, 307 and 326 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner along with other co-accused persons is that they snatched the bag of the informant in which Rs. 1,40,000/-, lenovo laptop, finger print device and some documents were there. Further alleged that they fired on the thigh of the informant for snatching his mobile phone and after snatching his mobile they fled from

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is not named in F.I.R. rather his name came into light in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Kanhaiya Choudhary in Raghopur P.S. Case No. 138 of 2022. It is further submitted that neither any stolen article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor he has been put on T.I.P. He has no concern either with this offence or with the co-accused person. Moreover, he is languishing in judicial custody since 21.06.2022.

The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the custody of the petitioner, the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 110 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court
