JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases but it would appear from perusal of the impugned order that in the present case, the name of petitioner surfaced in confessional statement of co-accused Akhilesh Kumar.

Admittedly, co accused Akhilesh Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dawath P.S. No. 119 of 2014.
