2. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Barhara P.S. Case no. 203 of 2025 instituted under sections-126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 190, 191(2), 351(2), 352 of the B.N.S. lodged on 13.11.2025 by the informant, Prabhu Nath Singh.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that the accused persons entered into their house and Nankhu Pandey assaulted Manish Pandey on the head while Akhilesh Kumar was assaulted by Gidimuni Pandey. The allegation against Nityanand Pandey is also of assaulting Manish Kumar and later, when Ajay Singh came to rescue, Prem Pandey gave

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7961 of 2026(3) dt.01-04-2026 2/2 iron rod blow on the right hand causing fracture. Sandhaya Devi, daughter-in-law was assaulted by Vandana Kumari and Prem Pandey while his wife was assaulted by Gidimuni Pandey. They were shifted Ara Hospital which followed the FIR.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that there is land dispute between the parties which led to case and counter case.

5. Learned APP on the other hand has taken this Court to the FIR to show that specific allegation of assault is against both Nityanand Pandey and Nankhu Pandey.

6. Considering the aforesaid submissions of the parties as also the role that has been played by these two petitioners, in that background, anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
