The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 25 (1-B) A, 26 of the Arms Act.
The petitioner along with other accused persons was apprehended by the police on the allegation that they were preparing for committing dacoity but from the possession of petitioner only one mobile was recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 31.05.2015.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Arrah in Bihiya P.S.
