The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 409 and 120(B) of the IPC.

The prosecution case, as per the written report of Surendra Prasad, In-charge Block Education Officer, Daudnagar, submitted to the Station House Officer, Daudnagar Police Station, is to the effect that in view of the letter dated 12.06.2018 issued by the District Programme Officer (Establishment Branch), Aurangabad, it was found that the Block Education Officer, Ramanuj Singh has appointed teachers fraudulently and on the basis of forged absent register of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10389 of 2019(2) dt.21-02-2019 2/3 appointed teachers, payments have been made to them by pressing standing advice. It is further alleged that the petitioner was one of the teachers, who were appointed fraudulently. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the thrust of accusation is against the Block Education Officer and in pursuance to the directions of the authorities, the petitioner has already deposited the salary withdrawn during his employment as teacher along with interest. A statement has been made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent.

It is submitted by the learned APP for the State that the petitioner has not only got employed fraudulently but also has withdrawn salary on the basis of forged documents. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already deposited the drawn salary amount along with interest and the petitioner being a lady, coupled with the statement made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the
