2. The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent Nos.1 to 4 to stay and quash the impugned order dated 16.01.2025 bearing Memo No.145/MS.2025/IGIMS by which the petitioner has been transferred.
3. Learned Counsel for the I.G.I.M.S. submits that the petitioner is working as Senior Nursing Officer and ignoring
Patna High Court CWJC No.2149 of 2025(2) dt.13-02-2025 2/2 the departmental hierarchy directly moved before this Hon'ble Court.
4. It is directed to the petitioner to follow the hierarchy first then come to the Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to avail her remedy before the higher authority i.e., respondent No.4, within thirty days, who shall take a decision with a reasoned and speaking order within 90 days thereafter.
