JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-04-2023 The learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Bihar State Housing Board, Patna has produced a cheque in favour of the petitioner for a sum of Rs. 8,017/- pertaining to the amount to be refunded, which was deposited by the petitioner, along with interest. The said cheque is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that the grievances of the petitioner have now stood redressed.
At this juncture, the learned counsel for the Bihar State Housing Board submits that the petitioner be directed to submit the original
Patna High Court CWJC No.12946 of 2016(3) dt.11-04-2023 2/2 documents before the respondent-Bihar State Housing Board, Patna.
In this regard, it is observed that in case the petitioner does not submit the original documents before the respondent-Bihar State Housing Board, Patna within a period of four weeks from today, it would be deemed that the same have stood annulled.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
