This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Bajpatti PS Case No.317/19 dated 11.9.19 for the offences under Sections 399, 402, 414 and 413 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Police on information of the dacoity raided the place of the occurrence, apprehended the petitioner and there is recovery of one loaded country-made pistol from him. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has no criminal antecedent and falsely been implicated at the instance of the police.

Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the pryaer for bail .

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6252 of 2020(2) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 2020 and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Pupri at Sitamarhi District Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P.S.case No.317 of 2019.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
