Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of petitioner figured in the confessional statement of co-accused British Yadav. Save and except confessional statement of coaccused there is no material against the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 14.07.2015 but he has not been put on T.I. parade. Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S.
