JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-10-2018 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- i) For direction upon the Respondent authority to pay the admitted dues amounting to Rs.14,80,996/- (Fourteen Lakh Eighty Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Six rupees) against the work done by the petitioner which was allotted vide Agreement No. F2-13 of 2010-11.

ii) For direction to the Respondent authority to pay the interest @ 18% on the above said amount which has not been paid till date from the date the amount became payable to the date of actual payment."

In view of the nature of the prayer made by the petitioner herein, it would be appropriate to dispose of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to represent before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5255 of 2018 (2) dt.25-10-2018 2 /2 respondent no.6 within a period of four weeks' from today and in case such a representation is filed, the respondent no.6 shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks thereafter. It is further directed that the admitted dues found outstanding for payment to the petitioner shall be paid within a period of eight weeks thereafter, failing which, the same shall carry an interest of 18% per annum. The present writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
