Bail was granted to the petitioner with certain conditions vide order dated 27.01.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 49022 of 2021 and one of the condition was that one of the bailor shall be the father of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the father of the petitioner died earlier and the said fact is even evident from the cause title of the bail application but inadvertently the same was not brought to the notice of the Court at the time of passing of the order dated 27.01.2022. In view of the submissions made by the learned
