After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the application to surrender in the court below within two months.

The court below will consider the Regular Bail application of the petitioner on merits and in light of judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Satyendra Kumar Antil Vs C.B.I reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51 and also considering the fact that the petitioner is 80 years old.
