The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-a)b(1-AA) 26 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was arrested and from his possession different parts of firearms and manufacturing articles such as drilling machine, iron foil, hammer etc. were recovered. The petitioner is only accused in one another case, but he has remained in jail for about eight months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Atri P.S.
