The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 13.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38274 of 2019. It is further submitted that several co-accused having more or less similar allegations have been granted bail by the different coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 3300 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 26240 of 2019. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 01.08.2018 i.e. more than one and half

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Session Judge-I, Nawada in connection with Sessions Trial No. 412 of 2018 arising out of Warsaliganj P.S. Case No. 263 of 2018.
