2. Petitioner is accused in a case registered for the offence under Section 302, other allied Sections of the Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. He is named in the First Information Report along with four others. From the First Information Report itself, it appears that Munna Yadav, Accused No. 2 is the assailant of the deceased.

3. In the circumstances, petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/-(Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 67/14.
