The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 77 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Section 364 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Sections 306, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code are also added.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is the Devar, the application for bail is allowed.

Accordingly, the petitioner above-named is directed to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7020 of 2022(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateIII, Barh Patna in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 77 of 2020.
