The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Joginder Yadav, Rajendra Yadav, Lalsar Yadav (the petitioner) and Guru Sharan Yadav are alleged to have assaulted Arvind Yadav, Jaibind Yadav and Chandula Kumari. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Chandula Kumari with bamboo stick on her head but the injury report is not produced. The petitioner and other accused persons are brothers of the informant, Mahendra Yadav.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ajay Kumar, Judicial
