Heard the parties.

As per the report submitted by Dr. U. Pradhan the height of the petitioner has been measured at 177.6 centimeters and which is found short to the height prescribed in the advertisement which requires 180.1 centimeters.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2628 of 2017 dt.21-08-2017 In view of the report so submitted by Dr. U. Pradhan finding the petitioner admittedly short in height no infirmity can be found in the decision of the respondents in disqualifying the petitioner on his height and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
