The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 205 of 2020 registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is Bauof the deceased. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against him. Further he submits that co-accused Chaman Lal Chaudhary, husband of the deceased is already in custody.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
