2. The accused/petitioner is named in F.I.R. and apprehending her arrest in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 239 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354(B), 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is to assault mother of the informant on her neck by using sharp-edged weapon alongwith other named co-accused persons with intention to cause her death.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that allegation qua physical assault is appearing very much general and omnibus in nature against this petitioner. It is also submitted that as per medical report, injury upon mother of the informant found simple in nature and same was also appears to be caused by hard blunt substance rather than by any sharpedged cut weapon as raised. While concluding the argument, it is submitted that petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8843 of 2025(2) dt.07-03-2025 2/2 and by taking note of fact as allegation qua physical assault appearing very much general and omnibus against this petitioner, where nature of injury also found simple upon medical examination of injured, negating prima facie intention to cause death, accordingly, above named petitioner who is a lady of clean antecedent, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned trial Court, within a period of four weeks of the order, is directed to be released on bail furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st cum A.M. Khagaria/concerned Court, where the case is pending in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 239 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C./482(2) of the BNSS.
