The statement of the victim was recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C but in her statement, she, nowhere, stated about her kidnapping by the petitioner. She stated that she had physical relation with the petitioner as a result thereof she became pregnant but subsequently, one Urmela Devi gave an injection causing her abortion and after then petitioner refused to marry her. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Jhanjharpur in connection with
