The petitioner is accused in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 95 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is that the petitioner along with eight others armed with Rifle and country made pistol surrounded the house of Manohar Yadav, to kill him and started firing. Manohar Yadav fled away by jumping to the roof of house. At that time, Binod Yadav fired causing injury at the belly of Manoj Yadav. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. along with others but specific

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ran Vijay Kumar, J.M. Ist Class, Barh, Patna in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 95 of 2014.
