The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 405 of 2021 arising out of Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 478 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 41 and 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The petitioner has clean antecedent, considering the same, this application for bail is allowed, the petitioner abovenamed is directed to be enlarged on bail after framing of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7365 of 2022(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 charge or one year of custody, whichever is later, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge Excise, Kishanganj in connection with Special Case No. 405 of 2021, arising out of Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 478 of 2021, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall make attendance in the local police station (Kishanganj) on first Sunday of every month.
