The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Narhat (Sitamarhi O.P.) P.S. Case No.11 of 2018 registered for offences under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

For the reasons mentioned in the orders dated 23.11.2021 and 04.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.6234 of 2021 and Cr. Misc. No. 16864 of 2021 respectively, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
