The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under different Sections of the Arms Act and under Sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner and Raj Kumar were apprehended by the police and from the possession of Raj Kumar loaded country made pistol and cartridges were recovered. From the possession of the petitioner one cartridge was recovered. Raj Kumar has already been enlarged on bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35655 of 2015 on 27.08.2015. The petitioner is in jail since 02.05.2015 for recovery of one cartridge. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than four months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41716 of 2015 (2) dt.15-09-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in Deokund P.S. Case No. 11 of 2015.
