JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 12-07-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of a direction to the respondents specially the licencing authority i.e. the Sub Divisional Officer, Aurangabad to resume the allotment/supply to the petitioner's shop bearing licence no. 1/G/92 within the Panchayat Bazar Verma, Goh, Aurangabad.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that during the pendency of the writ petition final order has now been passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Aurangabad and hence, the present writ petition need not be pressed.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek redressal against such order of the Sub Divisional Officer, if so advised.
