JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT & ORDER Date: 01-09-2017 The present writ application, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been filed on behalf of some of the Sanskrit High Schools seeking direction to the respondentBihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board (in short 'Board') to accept fees and forms of the students of the said schools for appearing at coming Madhyama Examination, 2017.

2. Heard the parties.

3. Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the Board, has submitted that these schools are not recognized schools, rather proposed schools and said schools are being allowed to fill-up their examination forms through recognized schools. It has also been submitted that the last date for submission of examination fees and forms has expired.

4. This application is disposed of with an observation that if the petitioners and the students of such schools are found to be willing to get the examination fees and forms submitted through recognized schools, for the purpose of appearing at Madhyama Examiantion, 2017, the Board may consider

4/4 accepting such applications, forms and fees.

5. It is made clear that the Court is not issuing any direction to the Board and it will be open to the Board to accept such fees and forms.

6. The application stands disposed of.
