The petitioner seeks bail in Garaul P.S. Case no. 120/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The petitioner and other accused were found taking motorcycle of the informant. The petitioner is said to have confessed his guilt and motorcycle was recovered form his possession. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in jail since 22.04.2015. He has already remained in jail for five months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42776 of 2015 (2) dt.17-09-2015 2/2 to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Garaul P.S. Case no120/2015.
