The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.852 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 365, 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have kidnapped the victim girl.

From the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., it appears that she is in relationship with the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 09.12.2023 and he has clean antecedent. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge, POCSO Act, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 852 of 2023.
