After some argument learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition in order to approach the State Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, which is now functional.
In view of the above, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the State Teachers Employment Appellate Authority within a period of one month from today along with a copy of this order and the State Appellate Authority is required to decide the appeal in
Patna High Court CWJC No.1262 of 2018(2) dt.08-02-2018 2/2 accordance with law.
It is needless to state that since the petitioner was pursuing the remedy of writ petition, the State Appellate Authority is required to condone the delay in filing the appeal. With the aforesaid the writ petition stands disposed of. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) spandey/- U
