Vide order dated 12.08.2021 copy of case diary along with medical examination report of the victim girl was called for and the same is on the record.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that from perusal of paragraph-42 wherein the statement of the victim is recorded from which, it appears that the petitioner who is uncle of the victim has committed rape. The said fact is also substantiated from the medical report. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage, accordingly the present petition for bail is rejected. It is, however, observed that in case petitioner is advised he may renew his prayer for bail at appropriate stage. It
