The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Harnaut PS case no. 299 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding unknown miscreants having apprehended the informant and on pistol point, various articles including cash of Rs. 20,000/- was snatched from the informant.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that neither any recovery has been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner nor test identification parade has been held in order to connect the

It is further submitted that though the petitioner is having a fair antecedent but he is an accused in one other case, in which he is on bail. Lastly, it is submitted the petitioner is languishing in custody since 07.11.2018.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.
Accordingly, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in connection with Harnaut PS case no. 299 of 2018.
