JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-01-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 389 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 302, 504, 506, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per FIR husband of the informant was killed by accused persons and petitioner is also named in the FIR. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that though she is named in the FIR but no specific allegation of assault has been attributed against her, rather the same has been attributed against two other accused persons and she is in custody since 8.11.2019.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances and she is lady, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5503 of 2020(2) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIV, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 389 of 2019.
