2. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after going through the prayer made in this writ application, it appears that the petitioner has moved before this Court without availing the alternative and efficacious remedy as available to him in law.
3. In such view of the matter, this writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the concerned authority within two weeks and the concerned authority is directed to dispose of the appeal of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.2072 of 2025(2) dt.10-02-2025 2/2 petitioner within six months in accordance with law without being impeded by the issue of limitation.
