The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with Farsa on his head. One sharp cutting injury on right side of skull of the informant was found but the injury is opined to be simple in nature. The petitioner is in jail since 25.06.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in Karpi P.S.
