The petitioner is languishing in jail since 14.11.2014 in a case instituted under Sections 366 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, it is a case of abduction of informant's daughter, namely, Anjani Kumari, aged about 10 years by the accused persons.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2014. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of evidence against the petitioner. As per the allegation, the victim is said to

No.40868 of 2015 (3) dt.14-10-2015 have been taken by the petitioner on train to Haryana and on the way she has never protested or complained to any one during her journey from Patna to Haryana. She is said to have live with the petitioner for six months at Haryana and she had not any complain to any person. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Danapur, Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S.Case No.251 of 2014, G.R.No.1703 of 2014 (Sessions Trial No.402 of 2015).
