The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 379 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 380, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the simple nature of injuries found on the person of the informant by the doctor who examined him, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9226 of 2018 (2) dt.17-02-2018 (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 379 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
