The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Dharhara P.S. Case No.104 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 304 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation that the petitioner and his mother Sakuna Devi abused and assaulted the father of the informant Raso Yadav, as a result of which he died, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being
