The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Section of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, the son of the deceased, made allegation that the petitioner along with 15 persons assaulted his father with Tengari and other weapon. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. After two months of the occurrence one Vishwanath Yadav disclosed that the petitioner had assaulted the deceased with Tengari on his head.
