2. Mr. Braj Bhushan Mishra, learned counsel for the State by referring to the show-cause affidavit filed on behalf of the O.P. Nos. 2 to 6 submits that in compliance of the order under contempt, the Health Department, Government of Bihar has come out with a notification as contained in Memo No.

Patna High Court MJC No.2498 of 2017(6) dt.03-11-2023 2/2 93(9) dated 30.01.2018, whereby the earlier punishment order issued vide Memo No. 1170(9) dated 06.11.2009 has been rescinded and petitioner has been allowed 100% pension/gratuity by releasing the forfeited pension/gratuity.

3. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the State across the Board, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.

4. It is made clear that if the grievance of the petitioner still not redressed, he is at liberty to approach before the appropriate authority or the Court by filing an appropriate application.
