The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The present case was registered against unknown after recovery of a dead body. During the course of investigation Vijay Kumar, the husband of the petitioner was arrested and he is said to have made inculpatory statement confessing his guilt and stated that he along with his wife committed murder of Guddu Prasad Kushwaha. Save and except confessional statement of the husband of the petitioner, the police did not collect any further tangible material to show the involvement of the petitioner. The petitioner is a lady and she is in jail since 13.05.2015.
