Petitioner being husband of the complainant is languishing in jail custody since17.07.2014 in a case under section 498A, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The marriage of the complainant had taken place with the petitioner in the year 1997 and after marriage complainant gave birth to four children out of the aforesaid wedlock but subsequently, the relation of the petitioner became
