The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

From possession of the petitioner one loaded country made Pistol and three live cartridges were recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 27.01.2015 i.e. for more than seven month.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri B. K. Singh, Judicial
