JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 18-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and B.R.A. Bihar University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').

2. It is admitted at the Bar that the dues of the petitioner have been paid.

3. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off.

4. However, in view of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, he shall be at liberty to represent before the Registrar of the University with regard to any further dues which may have remained unpaid. If such a representation is filed within four weeks from today, including non payment of statutory interest, the Registrar shall consider the same and get it verified from the official

Patna High Court CWJC No.13420 of 2017 dt.18-06-2018 2/2 records and thereafter pass a reasoned order within four weeks from the date of filing of the representation, in accordance with law. If anything further is found to be payable to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid to him, in terms of the order, within the next three weeks.
